Please advise of any damage on your return (or prior to your return to enable us to source parts or book in for repair) Please return with a clean interior - cleaning items are kept in the van and the toilet is emptied. General Q&A * We will contact you by email regarding licence verification and proof of address Some general note about Driving Licences: * If you have two x 3 point offences or anything less than 6 points you are covered as standard * If you have a single 6 point offence (MS90, IN10, CU80, CD and SP Offences) we will refer this to our insurers for confirmation of whether you would be covered * If you have 9 points on your licence for three x 3 point offences an extra £500 excess will apply * If you have any ban or disqualification this will need to be referred to our insurers * You must have had no more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 3 years Your Driving Licence has expired or has out of date information: * You will need written confirmation from the DVLA confirming the adjustments have been made. We would definitely recommend hiring from William & Lynne. The Motorhome is like home from home and they go out of their way to assist, picking up van early & no rush for return , provided bedding & pillows etc, fantastic family holiday
Do not rent this vehicle it is not roadworthy bald tyres faulty battery, we were stuck j in a car park for 5 hours waiting for the rac to attend, William never bothered to check if we were ok when rac guy attended we were informed that the two front tyres had illegal tread and if stopped i would have been fined and 3 points on my licence. When we eventually reached our Campsite the electric went off so we went to bed with no lights, when we contacted William we were told he couldn’t come to assist so next day we were left with no choice but to cut short our holiday and return home. This has left us traumatised and wary if ever doing anything like it again.
I recently hired campervan from William & Lynn and to start off with the communication prior to my holiday was excellent as this was my first time doing this and i had lots of questions which they speedily answered On delivery of campervan William & Lynn were flexible with delivery times and upon delivery took the time to explain everything contained within the campervan ,how to use everything and hints & tips for our journey ahead and they also stocked the van with bread & milk and lots of other surprises to keep us going and glad they did as a few things i had forgot. I found the experience in driving the campervan easy to manoeuvre and the seating and bedding etc were all very comfortable .i would definitely recommend hiring with William & Lynnn and will be contacting them soon to arrange our next adventure .
